SmartSite is run by Conall Reilly. It sets up WhatsApp sales assistants for local businesses across the UK, builds their websites and runs their Google Business Profiles.
It is deliberately small. The person you speak to first is the person who sets up your assistant, writes your pages and posts to your profile every week. There is no account manager in between, and nothing is handed to somebody you have not met.
That puts a hard limit on how many businesses can be taken on at once, which is the trade. In return, the work actually happens on the dates it is supposed to.
How it is run
The price is on the website
£3,000 for the WhatsApp assistant and £49 a month to run it, £1,000 for a site and £400 a month for the profile. You do not have to sit through a call to find out what anything costs.
You own everything
The domain, the website, the WhatsApp number and the Google profile are all in your name on your own accounts. Nothing is held hostage, and nothing needs our permission to access.
Visible work, on a schedule
A post a week, photos every month, reviews answered within a day and a report on the 1st. You should never have to ask what you are paying for.
No cold calling
Nobody gets an unsolicited phone call from us. If we approach a business it is in writing, and it asks for a conversation rather than starting one.
