The WhatsApp assistant
£3,000to build
An AI assistant on your website that continues in WhatsApp, books the job and takes the agreed deposit.
£500 deposit books your build slot, refunded in full if your website cannot take it. The £2,500 balance once we have confirmed it works. Then £49 a month from go live: hosting, WhatsApp message charges, AI usage and small changes, with no minimum term.

How they fit together
The Google profile gets somebody to tap through. The website is what they land on. The WhatsApp assistant is what turns that visit into a booking. If your current website is fine, keep it and add the assistant. If it is not, we replace it at the same time.

£3,000 for the assistant, then £49 a month. Add £1,000 for a new site, and £400 a month for the Google profile.
Get startedWhat is not in the price
- Card fees from your own payment provider, if the assistant takes deposits for you. With Stripe that is 1.5% + 20p per UK card payment.
- Promotional broadcasts to past customers, if you want them. WhatsApp charges for these, and they are passed on at cost. Replies, bookings and reminders are covered by the £49.
- Very high volumes. The £49 covers up to 2,000 conversations a month, which is far more than most local businesses have. Above that, we agree a price with you first.
- Your domain name, if you do not already own one. That is usually around £12 a year, bought in your name.
- Paid advertising of any kind. Nothing here is ad spend, and none is required.
- A full online shop. The assistant takes bookings and agreed deposits, which covers most local businesses. A shop with a product catalogue is quoted separately.
- Printing costs for the review cards, which are a few pounds and ordered with you.
