Terms of sale.

SmartSite is the trading name of Conall Reilly. Contact: conall@smartsite.website.

These terms are for businesses buying for their business. Payments are taken by Stripe. SmartSite is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added to any price.

A £500 deposit books your build slot. We then check that your website can take the assistant, usually within one working day, and confirm in writing what we will build.

The deposit is refunded in full if your website cannot take the assistant. Otherwise it is not refundable, and it counts towards the £3,000. If you go ahead, the £2,500 balance is due before the build starts.

From the day the assistant goes live, it is £49 a month, paid by card through Stripe. That covers hosting, WhatsApp's message charges for replies, bookings and reminders, AI usage, and small changes to its knowledge such as prices, services or opening hours.

The £49 covers up to 2,000 conversations a month. Above that, we agree a price with you before charging anything more. Promotional broadcasts to past customers are charged at WhatsApp's cost, and only if you ask for them. Card fees from your own payment provider are yours.

There is no minimum term. Cancel with 30 days notice and the assistant is switched off when the notice ends. You keep your WhatsApp number and everything you gave us.

You approve the assistant's answers, voice and limits before it goes live.

£500 to start and £500 when the site goes live.

It is live in five working days as long as we have what we need from you on day one and your comments on day four. If either is late, the site is too.

Your domain, if you need a new one, is bought in your name and paid for by you.

Billed monthly by card through Stripe, from the day it starts. There is no minimum term.

Cancel any time by emailing conall@smartsite.website. The work and the billing stop at the end of the month you have already paid for.

We work on your profile with manager access you grant and can remove. We never ask for your password, and nobody can promise a position on Google, so we do not.

The domain, the website, the WhatsApp number and the Google profile are yours, in your name, on your own accounts.
