The WhatsApp assistant

Keep your website. Add a better way to buy.

An AI assistant set up on your business and your voice. It answers visitors, moves the conversation to WhatsApp, and guides them to a booking, a purchase or an agreed deposit, with your team in control the whole time.

£3,000 to build, then £49 a month. £500 books your build. Works with the website you already have.

Then try the real one on your phone. Pick a business and try to catch it out.

Sorry to hear that. What is your postcode, and is the boiler showing an error code?
    LS7 3AB. It says F28
Thanks, LS7 is in our area. F28 is usually an ignition fault. We have 8am tomorrow, £85 call out taken off the repair. Shall I book it?

Built on your business

You approve it before anyone else sees it

Before launch you read example conversations and approve its answers, its voice and its limits. When something changes, a price, a service, a holiday closure, it gets updated. Here, setting it up on your business means giving it your knowledge and instructions. It does not mean retraining WhatsApp itself.

Waiting for your approval

Before launch

A customer asks

“Do you do Saturday call outs?”

Your assistant would say

Yes, Saturday 8am to 1pm, and emergency call outs until 10pm any day. The call out is £85, taken off the repair if you go ahead.

What you get

  1. 01

A WhatsApp entry point on your website

A button on your site that opens a WhatsApp chat with your assistant, so the conversation goes home with them on their phone.

  2. 02

    One agreed sales journey

We start with the journey that matters most to you, whether that is an enquiry, a booking or a deposit, and build that properly before adding anything else.

  3. 03

    Your knowledge and approved answers

Your services, prices, area, policies and FAQs. It answers from what you have approved and nothing else.

  4. 04

    Your tone of voice

Set from your website and real examples of how you and your team write to customers, so it sounds like your business rather than a call centre.

  5. 05

    Bookings and deposits

Connected to the booking tool you use and to a secure checkout from your own payment provider, for approved products or agreed deposits.

  6. 06

    Handover when it matters

Custom quotes, unknown questions and anyone asking for a person come straight to you, with their number and the chat so far, so you can call or message them back.

  7. 07

    Testing and a clear handover

We test it against the questions your customers really ask, you approve it, and your team knows exactly what arrives and when.

The WhatsApp assistant

£3,000to build

One fixed price for the build. A £500 deposit books your slot and is refunded in full if your website cannot take it; the £2,500 balance is due once we have confirmed it works. Then £49 a month from the day it goes live, which covers hosting, WhatsApp message charges, AI usage and small changes such as new prices or opening hours. No minimum term.

What it is not

  • It is not a replacement for your team. It handles the questions you have approved and passes everything else to a person.
  • It is not a free for all. It only quotes prices and makes offers you have signed off.
  • It is not a mass messaging tool. Follow up messages only go to customers who have opted in, under WhatsApp's own rules.

Straight answers.

All questions

What does the WhatsApp assistant cost?

£3,000 for the build: a £500 deposit to book your build slot, refunded in full if your website cannot take it, then £2,500 once we have confirmed it works. After that it is £49 a month from the day it goes live. That covers hosting, WhatsApp's message charges, AI usage and small changes such as new prices or opening hours, up to 2,000 conversations a month. No minimum term; cancel with 30 days notice. The only extras are card fees from your payment provider if you take deposits, and promotional broadcasts if you want them.

Will it work with my existing website?

We check your website first. Almost any site can add a WhatsApp link, and most can take the full chat. What can be embedded depends on what your platform allows, and you will be told before you pay. If we built your site, it works.

What if the assistant says something wrong?

It only answers from what you approve: your services, prices, area and rules. Custom quotes, questions it does not know and anyone asking for a person are passed straight to you with the chat so far, and it tells the customer you will be in touch.

How do you teach it our business and our voice?

From your services, prices, FAQs and policies, plus real examples of how you and your team write to customers. You read example conversations and approve its answers and limits before launch, and it gets updated as your business changes.

Can customers pay a deposit through it?

Yes. It sends a secure checkout link from your own payment provider for approved products or agreed deposits. On a £10,000 job with a £3,000 deposit, the customer pays the £3,000 and the £7,000 balance stays under the terms you agreed with them.

Will it replace our team?

No. Your team approves what it says, and anything it should not handle comes to them. It handles the questions you have already answered a hundred times, so you spend your time on the ones that need you.

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?

Setting up the WhatsApp Business connection is part of the build. It runs on a number in your business's name, and follow up messages only go to customers who have opted in, under WhatsApp's own rules.
